Please read these terms and conditions before placing any orders. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
​Ordering from this website
Please select the products you wish to order and click on the 'add to cart' button. Please remember to state size and colour (if applicable) and quantity required. When ordering rings, we suggest you refer to our ring size guide to ensure you order the correct size.
You may view your cart at any time be clicking on the cart icon, top right of the website.
Once you have made your product selections, you will be guided through the ordering process and then asked to complete payment using your Paypal account. Orders cannot be placed without full payment being accepted.
Prices shown are in Australian Dollars and only apply to products listed on this website.
Occasionally, products may become unavailable. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible by email.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If there is a pricing error on this website or in the ordering process, we will inform you of the error and offer you the option of purchasing the products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will cancel your order without charge if we are unable to contact you.

We make every effort to represent and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that products can differ slightly in colour, materials and sizing from that shown on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors within reasonable time of being notified.
Ordering Policy
When placing your order, please make sure your details and the details of your order are correct. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct. Dark Rage does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment using the ordering methods shown on this website must be received prior to any goods being dispatched.
We will endeavour to dispatch any in-stock products within 48 hours of your order being received. Should any part of your order be out of stock, we will post the balance to you and then post the remaining products once we receive them.
Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch
We usually dispatch orders at any time within 48 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order and we will advise you by email.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to your order when you enter the checkout. we can deliver to most addresses in Australia.
We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. In the event of a missing parcel, we will re send the goods at our cost. Should a parcel be undeliverable and returned to us due to an addressing error by you, we will contact you within 7 days for the correct address and ask whether you require the parcel re-sending at your cost.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to Australia Post and cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Should your parcel not arrive within 14 days of ordering, please contact us.
Presently we are unable to ship orders overseas.
Returns & Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund on items ordered in error, if you change your mind, or find the same item at a cheaper price.
We do offer a refund or replacement if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned to us at our cost.
Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will either replace the item with a comparable item or refund the purchase price at our descretion. Please note, this does not apply if you change your mind or find the same product cheaper.
Exchanges and Returns
Should you change your mind once your product has been dispatched or you have ordered the wrong size or colour in error, you may return the product to us (at your cost) within 14 days of ordering for an exchange.
In the first instance, please contact us via our contact page.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition. We will then offer you an exchange product of the same value within 7 days of receipt.
Dark Rage cannot be held responsible for returned products that are mislaid in the post or fail to be delivered to us. We do not accept products returned COD or freight collect. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and there will be no refund of any postage costs. We recommend when returning any products to us that you use a registered post service that includes insurance for loss.
